Some might argue that mat Pilates is the most challenging Pilates work you'll ever do.  Bringing your body and a mat, we accomplish movements that challenge you to greater heights using only your body as resistance.  Controlled  and fluid movements, along with using your unilateral breathing, all together influence your success.  Mat Pilates can be particularly effective for people with pain caused by excessive movement and degeneration of the intervertebral discs and joints.
