DAY 2 = 20 second plank! Hi guys, after planking it out, lay down on your tummy and we'll do back extension. Stack one hand on top of the other, rest forehead on your hands. Long legs, squeeze your heels together, pick up a marble with your belly button (not literally), and lift your upper body as one unit. Hands and forehead stuck together like glue.
