Day 22 = 3 minute plank. A great way to open the chest after all the forward planking is teaser on the chair. Medium springs, back is on the chair, shoulder blades off, hands on the foot bar, fingers facing forward, legs in table top. The lighter the spring, the more challenging. Slowly lift your upper body and extend your legs making a "v" with your body. Think strong energy through the top of your head and tips of your toes. Extend your chest straightening your spine. It feels amazing and stretches your shoulders while working your tummy and legs. Don't forget a brisk walk.
