DAY 13 = 1.5 minute plank! Let's do it! Here we have @jodiecorliss giving it her all planking with feet in #TRX straps! More challenging. Since the planks are only getting longer, I might find myself coming down on forearms. After your plank – and yes you can do it, fight for it!! If you have to come down, do it, stop the clock, and restart when ready. Anyhoo, after the plank, rest in child's pose. Then come up onto hands and knees as if going into a plank, but rather lift and extend your right arm and left leg. Hold for 10 seconds before switching sides. Pull your abs in tightly to discourage your hips from leaning to one side or the other. Before you lift arms and legs, be sure your standing arm is directly under your shoulder and your knee that stays on the ground is directly under your hip. #gracefulpilates #greatjobkids #plankingisFUN #getit #peaceout
