Obliques baby! I like this on the Wunda chair because even tho the target is your obliques, it requires full body power to achieve it. It's like a plank for the upper body. Keep your legs straight and strong. You don't have to lift a leg out to the side like my model (ahem, son) here. But what a great challenge it adds.
