DAY 4 = 30 second plank! Follow up with back extension swimming exercise please. Come down from plank onto tummy, arms overhead. Lift chest, arms and legs off ground. Pick up marble with belly button. Right arm left leg lift, then switch, left arm right leg lift. Do 5 with inhale and 5with exhale….do 5 full breathes (or 50 lifts).
