DAY 7 = 45 second plank! Here are my peeps getting their plank on! Shoot for doing a 45 second plank 3 different times throughout the day! Tense your body while planking, squeeze everything. That's what I call a "strong plank". Brisk 45 minute walk! Not enough time? Break it up, 20 minute walk, then 25 later.
